Deck done!

I finally was able to waterproof the deck. We repainted the deck furniture weeks ago and have been waiting for there to be no threat of rain. Now onto the next project.

Bummer!!

Yesterday while at a stop light the driver of the moving van in front of me put the van in reverse instead of first and back into me. They were very nice young men who took responsibilty for the accident. My car is now at the body shop being repaired.

Renovating the old gallery.....

Since we depleted the building fund for a new gallery by buying the truck we are going to give the current gallery a face lift. It has a cement floor which we painted before but that isn't working because it's hard to keep clean. We have purchaced some laminate wood flooring that will make the room look so good. We are also repainting the wall a lighter color.

Canning

I have been canning the last couple of weeks. The garden has been good this year and I'm filling the pantry with lots of goodies.

The harvest....

Our garden is finally paying off. I've made 6 batches of zucchini bread and 16 pints of pickles. It's just the begining.

Solution.......

I know this looks like a red neck way to do this but I think it's going to work. I'm sure glad we got that truck.

The in roofing....

It has been a trial because we made the pitch so steep.......note to self "don't do that again". We are using the tin from the previous shed so there are holes that we needed to chalk and I did that before we put it up.....because it's scary due to the pitch. We are now ready to put the cap on and have to come up with a way to get to the ridge.
